DramaBox Cancelation And Refund Request

I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my bank card ending in 7883 from a subscription app called Blinkdrama, which offers short story content. I originally downloaded Blinkdrama as a free trial and did not knowingly agree to any paid subscription. However, on September 10 and again on October 10, 2026, charges were taken from my account without my clear consent, and these debits caused non‑sufficient funds (NSF) issues on my account. I have tried to cancel the subscription through Blinkdrama, but the cancellation instructions are extremely unclear and difficult to follow, and I have not been able to successfully stop the charges. I have not yet been able to resolve this with my bank either. I am requesting that Blinkdrama immediately cancel any subscription or recurring payments associated with my account and provide a full refund for all charges taken so far, including those that led to NSF issues. I also ask that no further debits be made from my card.
