Please Unlock My Account And Give Me Withdrawal Money Back To Me ASAP

I had been using the BDG Lottery platform and today my account was suddenly locked. I was automatically logged out and when I tried to log back in, the system showed an “Error: 116 User has been locked” message, without giving me any explanation or reason. At the time my account was locked, I had a withdrawal of 1200 Rs in process. Because my account is now blocked, I cannot access my profile or follow the status of this withdrawal, and I have not received the money in my bank or any other payment method. There is no live support, email address, or any other visible customer service channel that I can reach for help, so I have not been able to resolve this issue directly with BDG Lottery. I request that my pending withdrawal of 1200 Rs be paid to me as soon as possible and that my balance/rightful funds not be kept in a locked account without explanation.
