Royal Match Chat Disabled for Indecent Language: Request to Unban

Since July 2025, my chat in the game Royal Match, which I play via Google Play on my Android phone, has been banned with the reason stated as “indecent language.” My in‑game User ID is 41WN8 XCS. I fully understand that respectful communication rules are important and I regret the behaviour that led to this situation. I would like to state clearly that I will not repeat such a fault again and that I am committed to following the rules of the game and the community. I have contacted Royal Match support many times through the in‑game support channel about this chat ban, but I have not received any response so far. Therefore, I am left without any clear information about the details of the violation, the duration of the ban, or whether there is any possibility of review. I kindly request that my case and chat history be reviewed once more, that I be informed clearly about the situation, and that my chat ban be lifted or at least reconsidered, taking into account my statement that I will not repeat this behaviour. I would appreciate it if you could provide a written explanation and a solution regarding this issue.
