Apple Store Unauthorized “SA_iq_impulse_app” Charges

I am writing regarding unauthorized recurring charges on my account for a subscription under the name “SA_iq_impulse_app” in the Apple Store. I did not knowingly agree to a paid recurring subscription for this service and I was not aware that such payments would be taken from my account. These charges have been debited from my SNS Bank payment card via Apple Pay. I only noticed these payments afterwards and I do not consider them authorized, because I did not intentionally start or confirm a recurring paid subscription for this app. I request that this subscription be cancelled immediately and that all unauthorized charges related to “SA_iq_impulse_app” be fully refunded to me. I also ask you to ensure that no further amounts will be charged in the future for this service without my clear and explicit consent.
