Around 21:30 on 12.05.2025, we placed an order via Getir from Burger King Sancaktepe Mh. branch, including a Tok Eden Menu, a Kral İkili (King Duo), and a Texas Smokehouse Burger Menu. For the Chicken Royale in the Tok Eden Menu, I requested extra pickles and 2 slices of cheese, for which I paid an additional ₺20. Not only were the extra ingredients I asked for missing, but the Chicken Royale came with a Whopper bun instead of its original bun. Additionally, as you can see in the attached photo, the lettuce inside was rotten, which is especially concerning given the recent food safety issues. The only accurate part of the order was the chicken itself. In the Texas Smokehouse Burger Menu, I selected onion as an ingredient to be removed, yet it arrived with onions. In the Kral İkili Menu, I requested extra tomato on the King Chicken, but of course, it was delivered without any tomato. Here are my questions: If you offer these customization options and charge extra for them, why aren’t the requested ingredients added? If you allow us to remove ingredients, why don’t you actually remove them? (I’m asking this especially in consideration of possible allergies.) Due to this level of poor service, the Chicken Royale and Texas Smokehouse Burger were unfortunately not edible. There was no receipt attached to the delivery, and no invoice was generated on Getir, so I am unable to attach one. Since the full payment was made, I kindly request that my grievance be addressed and that compensation be provided for the incomplete and defective service received. Lastly, I must say this has been my worst Burger King experience to date.

You told me directly to contact Getir without providing any solution. I guess Getir staff prepared my order. Thank you for standing by your brand and for the information.
