BC.Game Support Refused to Lift Account Restriction

I opened a new account with Bcgame yesterday and used it normally throughout the day. When I tried to make a withdrawal, I was suddenly informed that my account had been permanently restricted on the grounds that I allegedly went against the terms of service. No specific rule or example of a violation was shared with me, and I do not understand what I am supposed to have done wrong, especially considering that the account is new and I had only just started using it. After receiving this restriction, I immediately contacted BC Game live chat support. They informed me that the restriction could not be lifted and gave me no concrete explanation or evidence about which terms were supposedly violated. I also sent an email to support, but I have not yet received any response. I respectfully request a full and transparent review of my account and activity, a clear explanation of any alleged violation with evidence if Bcgame believes there is one, and, if no justified violation is found, that my account be reinstated. In any case, I also request that I be granted access to withdraw my balance.
