Burger King Missing Burger and Cold Food Complaint
We ordered from Burger King via GetirYemek, despite the consistent issues with our local branch. I specifically requested in the notes for the food to be delivered hot. However, both the food and drinks arrived lukewarm. Additionally, one of the four burgers was missing and took over half an hour to arrive. When it finally did, it was dry, lacked onions, and had only a tiny piece of pickle. Despite my notes requesting specific ingredients, none of the burgers, including the late one, met our expectations.
This isn't the first time we've had problems with this branch. Living in the heart of Izmir and Karsiyaka, we’ve been unable to enjoy a proper Burger King meal for years due to their negligence. We've filed numerous complaints through various channels, but no improvements have been made. Burger King, we demand better service. Please offer an alternative branch for delivery to my address or take corrective action against this franchise if necessary. While occasional issues are understandable, consistent failures should not be the norm. Your brand's reputation is at stake, and while you might find this acceptable, we do not.
