Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G Call Issues Persist for Months Despite Multiple Repairs

I purchased a Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G (12 GB / 512 GB) smartphone in June 2025, and since 04.06.2025, I have been experiencing serious problems during phone calls. Most of the time, my voice does not go through to the other side, I cannot hear the other party, the sound comes with a delay of 7 to 20 seconds, or the call is cut off during the conversation. These problems occur regardless of the mobile operator and in many different situations, such as calls with my family members, hospitals, banks, cargo companies, and various institutions, so it is not reasonable to attribute the issue to the operator. Due to these issues, I have sent my device multiple times to the Xiaomi authorized service in Istanbul and have also contacted the Xiaomi support line many times. I was repeatedly told to send the device to service, to create a return request, and that they would follow the process. However, every time the service reports came back with notes such as “no fault found”, “passed all tests”, or “software updated”, the device was returned to me without any permanent solution. After each service process, the same malfunctions continued, and in fact, the problems became even worse. During one of my service experiences, I was even told that if they reported a fault, the company might deduct it from their salaries, which made me seriously question the objectivity of the fault assessments. As of today, for about 6 months, I have been unable to use the main function of the phone, which is to communicate healthily and uninterruptedly, and I am suffering major disruptions in both my daily and professional life. The fact that the service cannot detect or resolve the fault does not mean that there is no problem; on the contrary, it shows that the defect cannot be remedied. My device with IMEI number 8643320710064** is clearly not performing its essential function and has caused continuous loss of time and victimization despite multiple service attempts. At this stage, I no longer want another repair attempt. I request the full refund of the phone’s price and the termination of this problematic process as soon as possible.
