I am writing to report a verification problem I am experiencing with my 1win account in India. During the verification process, the system is showing that there are multiple accounts in my name, and because of this, I am currently unable to withdraw my funds. This problem started on 22 December 2025, when I tried to complete verification and make a withdrawal. Since then, my withdrawal requests have been blocked due to the “multiple accounts” notice, even though I only want to use my main account and access my balance. I contacted 1win customer support about this situation and clearly explained that I am unable to withdraw because of the multiple accounts warning. However, the only response I received from support was that they cannot do anything about it, and no concrete solution or guidance was provided. I request that my account be properly reviewed, the multiple account issue be resolved on their side, and that I be allowed to withdraw my funds without further delay. I expect my account to be verified correctly and my balance to be made fully accessible.
