Epic Games Account Recovery Delayed After Hack — Support Stopped Responding

I have been actively using my Epic Games account for approximately 5 years, and it contains many of my games. Despite having two-factor authentication enabled, my account was taken over in a very short period of time. First, I received a notification that my email address had been changed, followed immediately by a notification that my password had been changed. However, when I tried to intervene, I was unable to recover my account.

After this incident, I opened a support ticket with Epic Games on December 13. I was told that I would receive a response within 48 hours. A response was provided within that timeframe, but I was informed that the process would take longer. Since then, I have not received any new emails or updates for about a week.

The fact that my account was compromised so easily despite having two-factor authentication enabled, combined with the prolonged recovery process afterward, has caused me serious frustration and hardship. I respectfully request that my account—which I have used and invested time in for years—be reviewed and returned to me as soon as possible. I ask that this process be expedited, that I receive a clear and detailed response, and that the security of my account be thoroughly reviewed.
