I purchased a pair of Skechers Slip-Ins: Gratis Sport - Awe Inspiring shoes approximately 6 months ago from the Skechers store located in Park Afyon Shopping Mall in Afyonkarahisar city center. Despite being used for a relatively short period, the shoes tore and became deformed, which I do not find acceptable for a product of this brand and price level. Due to this problem, I handed the shoes over to the Skechers store for inspection under warranty. However, I was informed that my request was rejected, and this decision was made without any explanation about the reason for the rejection. I was not contacted by email or by phone, and neither the store nor customer service provided a clear statement about why the warranty was denied. I would like to learn clearly why my request was rejected and on what basis this decision was made. In addition, considering that the shoes became torn and deformed within only 6 months, I request that the product be replaced with a new one. I kindly ask you to review my complaint once again and to provide me with a written and clear response.
