Burger King Change Order That Didn't Come

We ordered a Whopper menu from Burger King on 11 May. Since it was problematic before, I wrote a note so that it would be complete material. Because onions and pickled greens are not always put, only bread is served between the meatballs. Just to be sure, I sent another note to the customer representative on the line. The product arrived, but it did not contain the materials in the whopper. Stale bread was sent between the meatballs without even pickle. Since the same situation happened a few days ago, I wrote to Yemeksepeti. It was said that we can change the product, I said ok, please change it. Then our order did not come for 2 hours, we called the food basket many times, we always got the information on the way. At the end of the 2nd hour, the restaurant was closed. Call tomorrow, let's call the restaurant to be sent, they said, we did not extend it the next day. I called around 19:00. They said it would be sent, it was 22 o'clock and it wasn't there again. Even though we called Burger King customer service, we were constantly told that the product would be sent to us. It hasn't arrived for 2 days. Today is the 3rd day, we didn't call anymore. He's tired. If I place an order, you send it, why don't you change your problematic product? With this behavior, he has already fallen into disrepute. On the 2nd day, they shamelessly ask if the products are still preserved. Yes, it's safe, but people are embarrassed when asking about it, either the big company couldn't make a change, or you're after the product that has spoiled due to waiting on the aunt even though the products are preserved. What are you going to do, will you heat it and sell it? There is still no turning back. They take my money, I can't eat my food, I don't stay in the open restaurant, I ate toast that night. How many hours did I starve? I will never choose again
