Today, I placed my very first order from the Burger King branch in Trabzon Ortahisar Gülbaharhatun through the Migros Hemen app (Order No: 719354875). Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing.
The hamburgers arrived with only a tiny piece of lettuce inside. I had ordered an extra cheeseburger with specific ingredients, but the pickles and tomatoes I selected were completely missing. The fries were ice cold, flavorless, and clearly not fresh. On top of that, no sauces were included in the delivery at all.
The overall taste of the products was very poor, especially considering that I paid online via credit card expecting proper quality and accurate preparation. This was my first order from this branch, and it left me deeply dissatisfied.
Because of these issues, I am requesting a full refund of my payment. Customers should not have to pay for incomplete, cold, and poorly prepared food. I expect Burger King to take responsibility and ensure better quality control going forward.
