On September 14, 2025, at 20:13, I placed an order from the Burger King Esenyurt Meydan branch (Order No: 3346). My order was incomplete, as the double cheeseburger and drinks were missing. On top of that, the lettuce in the chicken burgers was spoiled.
This is not the first time there have been problems at this branch. The staff often respond rudely to customers, which only adds to the frustration. I paid money for this meal and expected to receive it in proper condition, not be left with missing items and poor-quality food.
I was unable to reach either the store staff or Burger King customer service, leaving me with no resolution. As a result, my money was essentially wasted.
I am requesting a full refund for this order and expect Burger King to ensure higher standards of food quality and customer service at this location.
