Stay Away From BtcTurk!

After using BTC for some time, they stopped sending SMS confirmation to non-TR numbers, that's why I had to change to Google authenticator. The entire ID validation process starts from scratch when you do so. After 3 days I have initiated the validation process, simply nothing happened. I contacted the call center, they told me to start the process over again (!!!) claiming that the selfie ı took could be dark (themn why did I receive a confiarmation that all documents & photos were accepted!). Such a simple step taking ages, seriously... I'm still not able to withdraw any crypto and still dealing with ID verification after 1 week. Do not put your money into that platform, otherwise you may not be able to take it back!
