Viessmann Turkey: Poor After-Sales Service And Inaccessibility

I am extremely disappointed with Viessmann Turkey, particularly with its authorized service network and after-sales customer support. We purchased a brand-new Viessmann Trend 19 boiler and had its initial installation carried out by an authorized service provider. Although we were told that the installation was completed, the main water valve was not opened. When I opened the valve later that day, the boiler pressure started to drop continuously, and water began leaking from the seals of the blue pipes connected to the boiler. We could not stop the leak, and our kitchen cabinets and other belongings in the area were affected by the water. The problem we experienced immediately after the initial installation is serious enough on its own, but what makes the situation worse is the lack of effective customer support when we urgently needed assistance. I called Viessmann customer service three times and could not reach anyone. When service finally came, the attitude we encountered was disappointing and unprofessional. Instead of focusing on the problem and providing clear information and reassurance, we were met with a blaming, dismissive approach. This situation raises serious concerns regarding Viessmann’s selection, supervision, and management of its authorized service providers. A reputable international brand should ensure that its partners are not only technically competent but also professional, respectful, accessible, and capable of handling complaints responsibly. Customers should not have to struggle to reach customer service or feel left alone when something goes wrong with a newly installed product. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly damaged our trust in Viessmann. We chose this brand expecting quality, reliability, and professional service, but we faced great difficulty in reaching support, an unsatisfying service visit, and a lack of the attention and reassurance that customers should reasonably expect. This experience has also made us seriously reconsider whether we would choose Viessmann again or recommend it to others. I request that Viessmann Turkey apologise for this experience and show genuine attention to our case by taking the issue seriously, reviewing the authorised service involved, and ensuring that similar problems and attitudes do not occur again.
Dear customer, First of all, we are sorry for what happened to you; we could not reach you via the contact number registered in our system. The matter has been forwarded to the relevant person, and after an investigation it was reported that the service you spoke with is not an authorized service center but a sub‑dealer. In order for us to assist you, we kindly ask you to provide the dealer information. Regards, Viessmann Heating Technologies Ltd. 4449092 www.viessmann.com.tr
