Since then, I have not been able to access my account. I do not know what “abnormal activities” refers to and I was never informed clearly about the exact reason or any proof. I have not received any email or message explaining the situation or giving me a chance to appeal properly or recover my account. I kindly request a detailed explanation of the reason for this permanent suspension and a full review of my account.
