HitBTC seems to be completely unreliable. I've been strung along for weeks with customer support. My username and password are valid. My 2FA token has expired. I haven't logged in for ages, so I had to connect with customer support to renew my 2FA. They've asked for banking information, transaction history, my full passport, a selfie picture with their most recent email legibly on screen behind me, utility bills and statements to my house for proof of address, etc. I have provided EVERY SINGLE THING they've asked for. Yet they continue to ask for more. Worse, they ask for things one email at a time, so it takes weeks on end to "verify" yourself because they string the next ask a few days behind the previous one. Absolutely horrid. At this point I want access so I can remove anything/everything I might still have with them and go elsewhere. Rubbish service.
