TOD Subscription Billing Error and Refund for Extra Charges

I am subscribed to the TOD 4K/HDR Monthly plan for 179,99 dh, but I have been charged incorrectly. On 18 September 2026, I was charged 179,99 dh and again 151,85 dh. Then on 15 October 2026 I was charged 151,85 dh, and on 18 October 2026 I was charged 179,99 dh once more. These extra and inconsistent debits are not normal for a single monthly subscription. I contacted TOD customer service by email but did not receive any response. I request a refund of the incorrect extra amounts and a correction of my future invoices so that I am charged only once per month at the correct price.
