Bosch KGN55VWE0N/01 Refrigerator Excessive Noise Issue

I purchased a Bosch refrigerator with the model number KGN55VWE0N/01 from a store in Yenimahalle, Ankara, and from the very first day it has been working with an unusually high noise level. The sound is so loud that I do not find it acceptable for a new refrigerator in a home environment, and I am convinced that this is not normal operation. About one month ago Bosch service visited my home to check the product. After their inspection they stated that the refrigerator was working normally, but I strongly disagree with this assessment. I have recorded videos that clearly show how loud the noise is and I am ready to share them, and I also have the purchase bills available. Because the problem has existed since I bought the refrigerator and has not been resolved despite the service visit, I request that my refrigerator be either replaced with a properly functioning unit or that I be refunded. I kindly ask Bosch to reassess this issue based on the evidence I can provide and to offer a clear and permanent solution as soon as possible.
