For the past three weeks, I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds from Bitget, but I keep getting blocked by a recurring verification error. I fill in all the required information, reach the final screen, and then it asks for Google Authenticator verification—but no matter how many times I enter the correct code, it won’t accept any of them.
I’ve checked everything multiple times, and the codes are definitely correct and generated in real time. Still, the system keeps rejecting them. To make matters worse, I can’t even share screenshots of the issue because the app blocks screen capture.
Bitget, this is unacceptable. I have ₺ sitting in my account that I can’t touch. I urgently need a solution. Fix your verification system and allow users to access their own money without unnecessary obstacles.
