I always used Kucoin because they are perfect, when you make withdraw or deposit dont have any issue. But 2 days ago I make deposit and money come in Kucoin, when I want to make withdraw they cancel my withdraw and freeze my account. They ask me selfie with my identity, I send everything but nothing happen they dont respond my problem. Just automatic reply. And they dont give me any explanatiom why I cant make withdraw. And why freeze my account. I trust them I make withdraw deposit so many times but they do this. I speak via mail and live chat but nothing happen. I lost so much money because of them. They destroy my plan. They make you trust them first after when they gain your trust they cheat you, they ignore your problem.
