Hello, I transferred APT coins from another exchange to my BTCTURK wallet, but I later realized that BTCTURK does not accept APT as USDT—they only accept APT in its original form. Now, my funds have disappeared, and I have no idea where they went.
When I contacted support, they simply told me I deposited it incorrectly but provided no timeline or solution to recover my money. Where did my funds go? How can a major exchange like BTCTURK not have a process for resolving such issues when other platforms handle these mistakes easily?
I expect BTCTURK to locate and return my funds immediately. Leaving customers helpless without a recovery option is unacceptable.
