I transferred Aptos USDT from another exchange to my BTCTURK wallet, but because the Aptos network is not supported, my funds did not arrive in my account. Instead of providing a solution, BTCTURK outright refused to recover or return my money.
Their response was shocking:
"Since the deposit was made using an unsupported network, we are unable to retrieve or refund your crypto balance."
What kind of excuse is this? Other exchanges return incorrectly transferred funds for a small fee, but BTCTURK is keeping my money with no option to recover it. If this network was not supported, why was the deposit option even available?
I expect BTCTURK to return my funds just as every other responsible exchange does. Holding onto users' money without offering a recovery option is unacceptable!
