I bought the Braun MQ9135 blender four months ago. Recently, I used it to blend fifteen parsley stalks (without stems), a teaspoon of lemon, and a cup of water for two minutes. Unfortunately, I noticed that the blades got chipped. I brought it to the service center, and they sent it to the main facility, saying that it was my fault and I would have to pay for the repairs. I also had a Braun kitchen robot that I bought in 1999. It worked perfectly fine for twenty-three years until 2022, without any problems. But now, the Braun blender is having a hard time grinding even basic parsley after just four months. The blades are starting to chip. If a Braun blender can't handle chopping parsley without the blade chipping, I can't help but wonder if it's really useful.
