I attempted to deposit ₹3,000 into my Parimatch account (ID: 191040750) via UPI on March 13, 2026. During this transaction, the payment was declined on the Parimatch platform, but the amount of ₹3,000 was still debited from my Bank of India account.
Even though the deposit was not credited to my Parimatch balance, the money has already been deducted from my bank account, and the issue has not been resolved despite my attempts to follow up. As a result, I am facing a financial loss for a transaction that did not go through on your platform.
I kindly request that the debited amount of ₹3,000 be refunded to my Bank of India account (account number 0923105100036**) as soon as possible. I also ask that this issue be investigated thoroughly to ensure that similar problems do not occur again in the future.
