Telegram Support Will Not Respond After Permanently Banning My Account

I am writing to complain about the way my Telegram account linked to the phone number +23470817599** has been handled. The account was first frozen and then permanently banned without any clear explanation, despite my multiple appeals.

My account was initially frozen on October 23, and later, on November 23, the number was fully banned. Right now, whenever I try to log in, I receive a message stating that my phone number is banned. Telegram does use this exact type of restriction message for blocked numbers.

After this happened, I submitted several appeals through the Telegram support email and the in-app support section, but I have not received any response from either channel. My last appeal was sent on March 13, and to this day there has been no feedback, clarification, or assistance.

This situation is very serious for me because I am expecting WD coins related to Work Dogs (WD) in April, which I mined and kept in my Telegram account. If I cannot access my account, I risk losing these assets and the effort I have already invested.

I respectfully request that my case be urgently reviewed, that my phone number and account be unbanned, and that full access to my Telegram account be restored. At a minimum, I ask Telegram to carefully review my appeals, clearly explain why my number was banned, and provide a fair solution that allows me to recover my WD coins and continue using my account.
