Braun MQ7025X Multiquick 7 Blender Stopped Working Abruptly

Braun MQ7025X Multiquick 7 Blender, which we used 4-5 times in total, suddenly stopped working and did not work anymore. We did not understand why this product which we can call brand new, broke down and we took it to service. Service called 2 weeks later and said that there was user error, the device was strained and broke down, the warranty would not cover it and that they were charging 5200 TL for the repair of the machine alone, which was sold for 3000 liras brand new. First of all, I would like to inform you that no solid vegetables or fruits were blended with the device, it was only used to make liquid mixtures like milkshakes and it was used 4-5 times in total. Instead of buying cheaper brands, Braun, which we preferred for quality products and quality service, was unfortunately a complete disappointment. There was no user error, it broke down on its own and instead of repairing it under warranty, they charged almost twice the price of brand new for its repair. I will never buy Braun products again and I advise everyone to stay away.
