Free Fire Account Review Request After a Long-Term Ban

I am a long-time Free Fire player on Android, and my account has been banned for about two years. I respectfully request that my account be reviewed again and that the ban be reconsidered. I have spent several years playing Free Fire and invested both time and money into this account. When the ban happened, I believed that a friend who had used my device may have used unauthorized mods or hacks without my knowledge. However, I recently contacted that friend, and he told me that he did not use any hacks on my account. Because of this, I am very confused about the reason for the ban, and I kindly ask for a detailed review and clarification. Since the ban, I have tried to contact Free Fire customer support several times, but I keep receiving the same type of response, and my case does not appear to have been reviewed carefully. This account is very important to me because of my progress, purchases, and memories in the game. I assure you that if my account is restored, I will strictly follow all rules and will never share access to my account or device with anyone again. I am a Free Fire player on Android, and my account is linked to Facebook. My Free Fire account was suspended more than a year ago, and when I try to log in, I see the message “your account has been suspended.” Later, I found out that my friend had hacked my account, which I did not know at the time. Before it was banned, I had spent a significant amount of money on this account—around 20,000–30,000 rupees—including many in-game purchases. When I tried to contact customer service to report the problem, my ID did not appear there, and instead of proper assistance, I received only a generic message, so I could not get any help or clarification about my account. I kindly request that my Free Fire account and the purchases made on it be reviewed, and if possible, that the ban on my account be lifted or my progress and purchases be restored. I am willing to cooperate fully and follow all game rules, and I would like a fair chance to have my account checked again
