Booking.com Refuses to Refund My Flight After Turkish Airlines Cancelled It

My name is Vikas Khajuria, and I am writing about my Booking.com flight reservation (PNR: VQSF4E) for my trip from New Delhi to Lisbon on March 7. I paid a total of ₹50,392.87 for this ticket through Booking.com.
For this journey, Turkish Airlines issued me a ticket on the route New Delhi – Muscat – Istanbul – Lisbon, with the Muscat to Istanbul ticket number 2352294706668.
When I arrived at the airport, Turkish Airlines canceled my Muscat–Istanbul flight. Because of this cancellation, I was unable to use that segment of my ticket and was told that the ticket should be canceled and refunded.
After this, I contacted Booking.com to request my refund, but Booking.com told me to contact Turkish Airlines. When I then contacted Turkish Airlines, they told me to contact Booking.com instead. As a result, both parties have been sending me back and forth, and my issue still has not been resolved, even though I paid the full amount to Booking.com.
Booking.com has not provided any assistance and continues to direct me to the airline, even though I did not purchase the ticket directly from Turkish Airlines and made the payment through Booking.com.
I kindly request that Booking.com urgently cancel the ticket with number 2352294706668 associated with my reservation and refund the full amount of ₹50,392.87 to my original payment method without further delay. I expect Booking.com to take responsibility as the company that sold me this ticket and help resolve this issue promptly.
