Peugeot e3008 EV Malfunctions After Charging and Service Provides No Solution

My 2024 Peugeot e-308 has broken down 4 times due to an “Electric Traction System Fault” and had to be towed to the service center 3 times. The vehicle was taken to Mepa Authorized Service Center in Istanbul on the following dates: 17.12.2025 – 23.12.2025: A software update was performed, but the issue was not resolved. 25.12.2025 – 21.01.2026: A part replacement was carried out, but the fault occurred again. 25.01.2026 – 05.03.2026: A second part replacement was performed, yet the problem still was not resolved (the legal repair period was exceeded). 08.03.2026: The vehicle experienced the same fault for the fourth time and was taken back to the service center. The car is still at the service center. From December 17 until today, the vehicle has spent 81 out of the past 87 days in service. I have only been able to use the car for 6 days in total. During this entire process, I was provided with a replacement vehicle only once, and no support was given during the other service periods. This has significantly increased the inconvenience and the problems I have experienced. Despite a software update and multiple part replacements, the same fault continues to occur. This clearly shows that the vehicle is chronically defective and qualifies as a defective product. A formal legal notice has already been sent through a notary, and I have all service records, towing records, and videos documenting the fault. This situation has now turned into a serious inconvenience. I expect Peugeot Turkey to provide an immediate and permanent solution. Otherwise, I will exercise all my legal rights, including vehicle replacement with a defect-free one or a full refund. The fact that this situation has reached this point is simply unacceptable.
