I Face Overcharge and No Confirmation for My Booking.com Taxi Reservation

I booked a taxi through Booking.com, but the platform charged me more than the agreed amount. In addition, they did not provide me with my reservation number, making it impossible for me to track or manage the booking. I attempted to cancel the order, but no cancellation was processed.
I immediately sent an email to Booking.com to report the issue, but they informed me that I would only receive a response within five days. This is unacceptable, as my vacation begins in four days, and I need a confirmed and fairly charged transfer service before my trip. At this point, they have taken my money without providing the agreed service, leaving me without a resolution.
I request an urgent refund of the overcharged amount and confirmation that my booking has been properly canceled. This matter must be addressed promptly to prevent further disruption to my travel plans.
