Booking.com Refund Delayed for Over 1.5 Months
I canceled my reservation through Booking.com and was told that the refund would be processed within 7-12 business days. However, it has now been 1.5 months, and I still haven’t received my money.
I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and sent numerous emails, but each response just asks me to wait without providing any concrete updates or solutions. This delay has caused significant frustration and inconvenience.
Booking.com, I demand that my refund is processed immediately. Such poor handling of a straightforward cancellation has made me lose trust in your platform, and I will no longer use your service unless this issue is resolved promptly. Please take action now.
