Booking.com Hasn't Refunded My Canceled Hotel Reservation

I booked a hotel through Booking.com, but the location was highly inconvenient, requiring ferry transportation. Due to this, I canceled the reservation. Despite the cancellation, the payment was still taken from my account, and I have yet to receive a refund.
I’ve tried contacting the hotel, but they are unresponsive. Reaching a customer representative from Booking.com has also been impossible. I feel completely ignored and frustrated with this lack of communication.
I demand an immediate refund for the canceled reservation. Booking.com must take responsibility for ensuring their customers receive the support they need. Please resolve this issue promptly and return my money. This level of service is unacceptable!
