How to Get Invoice for Intercontinental Doha Booking via Booking.com
I booked a stay at Intercontinental Doha Beach & SPA, an IHG Hotel, through Booking.com (Reservation Number: 4808264098) and made the payment directly to Booking.com. However, the hotel refused to provide me with an invoice, claiming that Booking.com is responsible for issuing it.
When I contacted Booking.com, they redirected me back to the hotel, saying the hotel should issue the invoice. This back-and-forth has left me without an invoice, and neither party is taking responsibility for resolving the issue.
I need my invoice promptly for this booking. Booking.com, as the payment was made through your platform, it is your responsibility to ensure customers receive proper documentation. Please resolve this matter immediately.
