Payment Issue with Booking.com Reservation at Vesting Hotel Naarden

I made a reservation through Booking.com for Vesting Hotel Naarden (reservation number [49184083**]) and am now facing a serious payment issue. The hotel claims they did not receive the payment through Booking.com, while Booking.com insists the payment was collected by the hotel. This conflicting information has left me frustrated and inconvenienced.
I contacted Booking.com customer service three times today, but each call was disconnected before I could fully explain the problem. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, the issue remains unresolved.
I request an immediate resolution to clarify this payment issue and a refund if necessary. Booking.com must address this problem promptly and ensure proper follow-up. This lack of support is unacceptable.
