Booking.com Invoice Request Ignored for Duodo Palace Hotel Reservation

On August 6–8, 2025, I stayed at Duodo Palace Hotel with Booking.com Reservation No: 5535****38. For this booking, I paid the full amount of €336.60 and promptly requested an invoice to be issued under the name H*** C*****.
It has now been over a week, and despite submitting my request through the Booking.com app and contacting customer service multiple times, I have received no response and no invoice. This delay is unacceptable, especially since I urgently need the invoice for business expense reporting.
As a customer, I should not have to chase Booking.com repeatedly for a basic document that should be automatically provided upon payment. The lack of communication and follow-up is unprofessional and has caused unnecessary stress.
I demand that Booking.com immediately issue and send me the invoice for €336.60 under the requested name. I also expect the company to improve its responsiveness for invoice-related requests, as customers often rely on these documents for official and financial purposes.
