I Can’t Get an Invoice from Booking.com for a Fully Paid Hotel Stay

I booked and paid in full for a hotel stay through Booking.com, expecting a smooth experience. But now I’m facing an unbelievable issue—I can’t get an invoice for the service I already paid for. I’ve contacted both the hotel and Booking.com, and they keep sending me back and forth. The hotel says it’s Booking’s responsibility, while Booking insists the invoice must come from the hotel.

This is extremely frustrating. It shouldn’t be this difficult to receive a simple invoice for a completed, prepaid service. I need the invoice for documentation and reimbursement purposes, and no one is helping.
