I Can’t Get a Hotel Invoice from Booking.com or Hotel for Airline Refund Claim

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability from Booking.com and the hotel I booked through their platfor...m. Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel one day late, and to claim a refund from the airline, I simply needed an official hotel invoice showing the full booking details.
