I Face Payment Processing Issue and No Support From Booking.com for Hotel Reservation

I booked an international hotel stay through Booking.com, but several days have passed and the payment has still not been processed from my card. This delay leaves my reservation status uncertain, and I am concerned that my booking might not be guaranteed. I have tried multiple times to contact Booking.com to clarify the situation, yet there is no accessible phone number or functional email address to reach a live representative.

As a paying customer, I expect that if a service is being offered, there should also be a reliable support system to handle problems quickly. Instead, I am left completely in the dark with no confirmation on whether my stay is secure. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for time-sensitive international travel plans.

I urgently request Booking.com to process my payment immediately, confirm my reservation, and provide a direct contact method for resolving such issues without unnecessary delays.
