Booking.com Did Not Help Me Resolve My Hotel Issue
Booking.com did not resolve the issue I had with the hotel and never contacted me. No one reaches out within 24 hours, and even though I made the reservation through Booking.com, it’s the hotel that contacts you directly. I expected Booking.com to take responsibility since the reservation was made through their platform. Their lack of support made the entire process more stressful than it needed to be. It felt like they just passed the problem onto the hotel without offering any real help. They mislead customers by failing to verify the information provided by the hotels listed on their platform.
