Booking.com Reservation Issue – No Response from Host or Customer Support
I deeply regret using Booking.com for the first time. If I had relied on their service for an international trip, I would have been stranded without accommodation.
I received a confirmation code for my reservation, but the host never responded. Later, I found the same property listed on Airbnb, and when I contacted the host there, they told me they only accept bookings through Airbnb—not Booking.com!
The phone number provided on Booking.com was useless, as no one could reach the host. I messaged Booking.com support multiple times, yet they never responded.
This experience has completely shattered my trust in Booking.com. I demand immediate action and a clear explanation for this lack of reliability.
