My Booking.com Hotel Reservation Doesn’t Exist, No Refund or Support

I made a hotel reservation through Booking.com for December 29, 2024, but the hotel has no record of my booking. Despite this, the payment was taken from my account, and I haven’t received a refund.
Trying to resolve this has been a nightmare. There is no actual customer support to contact—just automated messages from an AI. When I reached out, I was told, “The company might have charged you,” but no real help was provided.
This experience is incredibly frustrating. I trusted Booking.com, but they have completely failed to resolve the issue. I demand an immediate refund and proper support to address this situation. Such incompetence is unacceptable for a platform of this size!
