I Booked a Nonexistent Hotel via Booking.com and Got No Refund or Support

I made a fully paid reservation through Booking.com for a property that doesn’t even exist. When my check-in time arrived, we showed up with our luggage at the listed address—only to find no such hotel or apartment there at all. We were left stranded, stressed, and with no place to stay, all because Booking.com published a fake listing on their platform.

After contacting their support team, they initially claimed they would cover the price difference for the new hotel we had to book on short notice. They asked us to submit supporting documents, which we did immediately. But it's been weeks, and nobody has gotten back to us. Every time we follow up, we’re met with silence or vague promises.

We were forced to pay more for another hotel, and our vacation was completely ruined. I demand an urgent response, full reimbursement of the extra cost, and compensation for the emotional stress and wasted time Booking.com caused us by allowing fraudulent listings on their platform.
