Booking.com Unresponsive to My Support Requests – Unable to Get Invoice for Reservation
I made a reservation through Booking.com this summer and reached out for support, but despite being told to email my details, I never received a response. Now I’m facing the same issue again. I requested an invoice from the place I stayed, but they told me I can only get it through Booking.com. However, Booking.com isn’t responding to my emails or phone calls. I was even instructed to email them using my reservation number, but now I’m getting an error saying the email doesn’t exist. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating, and I’m left without the invoice I need. I’m seriously disappointed with Booking.com’s support.

I made a reservation through Booking.com, but the place I booked is not providing my invoice despite my repeated requests. Booking.com only says "we can help you" but does nothing. I am complaining, and I don't know how or to whom I should report the place I stayed at, and I feel victimized.
