Booking Charged Me Without Confirming Reservation, No Refund or Support Provided
I attempted to book a hotel through Booking, and the payment was successfully charged to my account. However, the system showed an error, and the reservation does not appear in my account. I tried reaching out to Booking, but they have no contact number, and my emails remain unanswered.
Currently, I am abroad with no confirmed reservation and no refund. I was forced to pay for another hotel out of pocket, which added an unexpected financial burden. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel completely abandoned by Booking.
I demand an immediate refund of the money charged for the unconfirmed reservation and expect better customer support to address such issues promptly in the future.
