Booking.com Refuses Refund, Customer Service Unreliable
I made a reservation with a 100% refund policy on April 6th through Booking.com, but unfortunately, they are refusing to process the refund for the cancellation. They've been dragging their feet for more than a month, making empty promises that it will be completed "soon." You can't rely on them. I've tried reaching out to them so many times, but it seems like I'm not getting anywhere.
Booking.com has refunded the amount that the hotel did not refund. Thank you for resolving my issue.
