Booking.com does not refund 100% of the reservation charge. I have contacted them at least 20 times, and each time, a different operator answered the phone. Despite explaining the same story every time, I have still not received the refund. They always say it will happen this week, but it never does. My reservation was cancelled on April 6th, and I still have not received the refund.
