Booking.com cancels the transaction but fails to issue a refund, and their customer service seems impossible to reach. There are issues with the service, and customers are not receiving assistance. Reaching them seems like an insurmountable task. The level of customer service provided is lacking, and there seems to be a delay in processing refunds. I send emails, but I never receive a response.
