I canceled my reservation through Booking.com over a month ago, and I’m still waiting for my ₺ refund. It’s completely unacceptable that this much time has passed without any resolution. I’ve tried to contact their support line at 0800448826367, but the number doesn’t work—there’s no way to reach anyone for real help.

I’ve been left in the dark with no updates, no explanation, and no money back. This delay has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I expected a smooth refund process, especially after following all the correct cancellation procedures.

Booking.com, you need to stop ignoring your customers. I demand that you process my refund immediately and provide an actual point of contact who can resolve this issue. This is not how a trusted booking platform should operate.
